Following rapid growth, this organisation employs passionate and enthusiastic people. However, it has few structured processes to manage and develop its leaders and is unclear where its talent lays.

The Approach:

We took time to understand the culture and needs of the organisation, speaking to senior leaders and others across the group. Working in collaboration we created:

  • A process to enable leaders to manage the performance of others in a positive and developmental way.

  • A leadership programme to provide consistent yet tailored development to all people managers and potential leaders across the organisation.

  • A recruitment guide to provide leaders with essential information to profile roles and select the most appropriate people into the group.

The Result:

This is a recent project, however we are already seeing developments in terms of how people are led and a greater awareness of the importance of key leadership processes.
